If the cap is on too tight, they need to loosen the cap accordingly. The right amount of pressure needs to be used in order for the battery to make contact with the terminals and power on. Lens crooked: All Red Dot scopes have angled/offset objective lenses. It needs to be this way in order to reflect the laser light off the inner prisms to make the dot straight.
