Description

12" cookable clay tagine is ideal for slow cooking at low temperatures on the stovetop (gas or electric). Cooking in clay greatly enhances the flavor and preserves more of the nutritional value of cooked foods. We enclose seasoning instructions and some recipes with each tagine.
