1) The water outlet, where the water gets injected into the top of the K-cup (or into the top of the strainer) MUST be cleaned periodically.
2) The GC-150 coffee maker is designed to make a Freshly Brewed cup of coffee. The coffee is brewed in REAL TIME, which provides for best taste, but the brewing process takes time, to allow the taste of the coffee beans to get into the hot water.
3) Pressing the bottom pre warm button, can save time by getting the water ready for brewing. Only after the water is hot, can the dispense buttons be used to brew the coffee.
