The support tray is 18 inches wide, but can hold much wider projects. The easel is rated to 20 pounds. Includes a nylon bag w/ shoulder strap.
Follow assembly instructions included with easel. In order to fit a 36 inch high project on the easel, pull off the locking cross bar and make the easel a little taller by bringing the front legs a little closer together and then reattach the cross bar.
