FAQs
Q: What size is this?
A: This liner is designed to fit a 24" x 48" cage. We make our cage liners a couple inches larger than this to ensure a perfect fit.

Cages This Liner Fits:
Midwest Guinea Habitat (Fits the Plus version too!)
Living World X-Large Cage (not the Large size)
AmazonBasics Pet Habitat Jumbo Size (not the other sizes)

Q: How is a cage liner different than using fleece on its own?
A: Fleece on its own bunches up, does not absorb (making your piggies sit on a wet surface), and does nothing to help with odor.

Q: My cage size is not offered, can you do a custom order?
A: We're not able to make custom-sized cage liners because we want to keep our prices low and shipping fast. Not to worry, we're adding new cage sizes all the time!

Q: How do I wash my cage liner?
A: Wash on cold, no fabric softener; dry on LOW heat or hang to dry. Add vinegar as needed, to help minimize odor.

Q: Can I buy a cage liner for my rabbit?
A: Yes! Cage liners are great for rabbit pens.

9. Fleece Piggy BedSpread Cage Liner for Hagen Living World Cage (L, Meadow Pig)

Feature

This is a washable Fleece liner for your Hagen Living World Cage and it replaces disposable paper bedding or wood shavings. ***CAGE NOT INCLUDED***
Top layer stays dry while allowing urine to wick into the middle layer. Bottom layer is a medical grade waterproof fabric designed to keep urine in the pad. Simply sweep up hay and droppings daily, then wash & dry weekly for a HUGE money savings compared to disposable bedding!
Say goodbye to disgusting droppings and dusty wood shavings kicked on the floor from your guinea pigs running around in their cage!
Wash warm with Arm & Hammer Plus Oxi, NO FABRIC SOFTENER OR DRYER SHEETS, Tumble dry warm.
These Piggy BedSpread Liners are colorful and stimulating, and are recommended by veterinarians all over the world. Your piggies will love the soft feel under their feet and will be popcorning all over the cage as soon as you install the premium bedding.

Description

A Piggy BedSpread is a washable, reusable, absorbent 'bed-spread' made of 3 exclusive components sewn together to create a custom fitted bedding system. This bedding system is a great alternative to costly and consumable bedding products such as Carefresh, Pine shavings, or pellets. This Piggy BedSpread is designed to be used specifically with a Hagen Living World Deluxe Habitat. They come in two sizes, Large (37.8L x 22.4W x 22H) and X-Large (46.9L x 22.8W x 24H). We recommend two wash and dry cycles for your Piggy BedSpread prior to its initial use to insure proper wicking and to allow for expected shrinkage. Sweep up hay & droppings 1-2 times a day. After a week (or more frequently if you have multiple piggies) remove your Piggy Product from the plastic tray and brush off hair, hay & droppings. Machine wash your Piggy Products in warm or cold water using laundry detergent that doesn't contain fabric softener. Fabric softener will cause your Piggy BedSpread to stop wicking the urine away from the surface and into the middle absorbent layer. Machine dry on LOW to MEDIUM heat and be certain to clean the lint filter afterwards which will be filled with hair. Sanitize your washing machine by running a cycle of hot water and cup of chlorine bleach. Now you're ready for the next load for the rest of your family.

Conclusion

By our suggestions above, we hope that you can found the best midwest fleece cage liner for you. Please don't forget to share your experience by comment in this post. Thank you!
