There are different ways of using the board for different training.
1.Holding the two side float plate, the location for the floating plate profile two-thirds, both hands straight, launch floating plate, the head can be buried in the water, at the same time of leg movements do breathing exercises.
2.Holding the front of the float in both hands, the arms are placed on the float and the head remains exposed to the surface of the water. This action is based on the movement of the legs and the strength training. In practice, you can practice the combination of waist and leg movements in this way.
