Jerry Van Dyke and Ann Sothern star in this 1965 TV comedy series My Mother The Car. Lawyer, Dave Crabtree (Jerry Van Dyke) goes car shopping and finds himself fascinated with a 1928 Porter. When he hears a female voice coming from the car's radio, he discovers that it is his mother who has been re-incarnated as a car! Humorous attempts of Dave Crabtree are made when defending "Mother" from his family who is opposed to the car and would rather have had a station wagon instead of having to cope with "Mother's" advice.
