Product use recommendation:

During your first use, tighten the velcro straps lightly - like wearing a backpack - to feel a little tension in your back and ease your body into regular use. The exact starting position of the velcro straps should have moderate tension but will depend on each individuals comfort level. After the first month of regular use, 10-20 min. daily, you should be able to tighten the velcro enough to move to the next red marker.
