The average American spends over 10 hours per day in front of a screen-a laptop, TV, tablet or phone-and most of this time is sitting. Introducing the Plane, designed to give you a little bit of fitness by creating movement and balance when you're stuck in front of a screen, whether you're at home or at work.

If you can't be somewhere else (running, cycling, surfing, hiking, working out), you can be on the Plane making screen time healthier. Designed for your on-the-go lifestyle, riding the Plane activates your core and engages your leg muscles, encouraging you to connect with your body and improve your balance. The Plane creates a subtle instability underfoot that increases your range of motion, elevates your heart rate, and fires up your core-upping your activity level and luring you out of a sedentary lifestyle. Its 360 motion allows for twisting moves that further work your core, build your balance, and keep you moving.

We take great pride in that fact that the Plane is made in the USA, and designed and built in California. In fact, we source almost all the materials from within a few hundred miles of our headquarters in Santa Barbara, with the exception of a few components from Colorado.
