Question: I have lost the 3 step instructions provided when purchasing this product. Can anyone provide the steps so that I can begin training my puppy?

Answer:

1) Hung the bells and prior to going out, rang them and used a key word 'outsidies' (one we would repeat other than in reference to going out).

2) Encouraged him to ring the bells each/every time we went out and rewarded each time he did.

3) Rewarded him for unprompted ringing and took him out immediately.

We live on the 29th floor of an apartment building so accidents were quite frequent but completely gone post bells! He learnt very quickly!
