Comes countersunk with screws. Screws included may not fit all 940 handle types. For example the Aluminum handle uses shorter screws than Carbon Fiber or G10 Handles. In some cases you need to use the factory screws. ***Important note*** All of our Titanium Pocket Clips and Titanium Back Spacers are custom made upon purchase.
