Description

This new hybrid is HOT! Cymbidium Koushu Fire will bloom out many dark maroon flowers on a pendulous (hanging) flower spike. It comes from one of the very best Cymbidium breeding programs in the world, the Enzan nursery in Japan, so you know it has winning qualities (and genes). Deep color, lots of flowers, fast-growing, easy to bloom - everything you want in a modern Cymbidium orchid. (The flower pics in this listing show one of Koushu Fire's parents in bloom; the other parent looks quite similar as the breeding goal was for a dark maroon bloom, so these pics give you an excellent idea of what it will look like.)
