Z PALETTE will repair or replace, at our discretion, the Z POTTER for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase if it is defective in workmanship or materials. This Warranty Does Not Cover -- (1) Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging; (2) Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair. You will be required to return the defective product along with proof of purchase and the completed warranty replacement form (provided to you by email). THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID: (1) IF THE PRODUCT IS PURCHASED FROM Z PALETTE DIRECTLY OR FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER OF Z POTTER AND (2) IF THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR (12) TWELVE MONTHS of this written limited warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL Z PALETTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
