Eggcellent! Seasonings came about out of necessity one day while cooking breakfast for the millionth time. Being an avid bodybuilder and fitness fanatic, I was eating tons of egg whites for the protein content. Getting tired of making the same old breakfast, I began looking for new ways to add flavor to my eggs. That's when I reached into my spice cabinet and started experimenting.
