It is made of medical grade gel and built specifically to relieve foot pain and aches. Make of GEL+ TPU material and provide more better cushioning effect and comfort. It can absorb shock and reduce stress on feetgood for orthotic.

It is designed with a contoured heel cup and arch support for feet to ensure max comfort and arch support

Instructions:

Remove the original insole from the shoe;

Trim and fit with your shoes, if needed, use the original insole as a guide for replacement

Insert the new insoles into the shoes (do not put both the new insoles and your current insoles in the shoes at the same time as it would be too thick and wide)

Tips:

Put the insoles in a ventilating place to keep them dry and fresh;

Do not expose the insoles to high temperature;

Replacing your insoles every 3 months is highly recommended by doctors
