Note: We recommend you use common basic keyboard&mouse, its Keyboard&Mouse USB ports can not compatible with these keyboard&mouse: some mechanical keyboard,bluetooth wireless keyboard&mouse,multimedia keys in multimedia keyboard,keyboard with custom key functions,keyboards with USB Hub.
Please make sure that the USB cable you are using does not exceed 10 ft.
We suggest use a better HDMI cable. For 4K@60Hz signal, the HDMI input cable should less than 10 ft and the output HDMI cable should less than 16ft.
