Please measure the stem size of your old casters before buying, in case of buying the wrong specification casters.



See the Problems may happens to you:
a: the stem's tread is slightly too large/does not enter screw doesnt fit into chair base
b: STEM NOT FIT or Wrong size selected
c: I needed 1/4 threaded caster I ordered 5/16 threads instead


Comment:
This 1/4 inch screwed stem caster has the stem diameter exactly 1/4 inch.

If you find the stem diameter is not 1/4", please take a photo of the caster stem and barcode label and contact the seller for after-sale service.
Amazon may possibly ship the wrong product to you.
1/4 inch diamter stem casters are not for chairs.
For bigger stem caster, usually more heavy duty need bigger stem.
