About Hair Smell:
Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put the hair tonic to hair before shipment, to protecting the hair from being dry during long-term delivery. But the smell will fade away after washing with shampoo and conditioner.

About Shedding:
There will be a few strands in hands when comb hair with fingers, but it is normal just like our own hair, we suggest to sew the weft before installing, it will avoid the shedding in future. Be sure do not use close-tine-comb, while the wide-tooth-comb is highly recommended.
