TWO WAY Fillet patented fillet board and clamp is truly unique - our clamp holds the lip of the fish and anchors head to fillet board you to fillet your normal way, but not the head of the fish is anchored to the board. Trying is believing. The anchored clamp holds fish securely for the fillet process which frees up your hand - for assisting in the process. This means the fish slips and slides less, making fillet process safer and more efficient. Fish up to 28 inch Pike and 30 inch walleye have been cleaned. Thousands of fish have been filleted since its introduction. Anglers new to filleting have learned to fillet with accuracy and safety. Experienced anglers are saying this is one commercially available fish cleaning system they will use. Not recommended for Redfish over 30 inches, or Catfish over 10 pounds.
