Diet Information: The reason we created this pancake mix was so we could stick to our (oftentimes radical) diets while being able to eat the foods we loved!

Low Carb Diet: For those of you on a low carb diet, this pancake mix might be a lifesaver. If you are consuming only 20-50g net carbs daily you can easily sneak in a serving of pancakes and reduce those carb cravings (16g net carbs) to ease some of those cravings and fuel you throughout your day.

Muscle Building Diet: If you are looking to make some serious gains and build long lasting muscle, you are in the right place. We all know that to put on muscle we need to be consuming enough protein. Our buddy Arnold Schwarzenegger recommends as a rule of thumb, 1g of protein for every pound of muscle across 5 meals a day. If you're having trouble getting enough protein on a daily basis, add a meal of protein pancakes at night or in the morning to make sure you're allowing your muscles to grow properly.
