The Basic Kit II is an extreme long-distance-traveler that is a guaranteed winner for any mousetrap vehicle long-distance contest. The Basic Kit II comes ready-to-assemble with pre-cut and pre-drilled parts so you can be ready for action and racing on the same day. The Basic Kit II can be assembled in less than 60 minutes for most first time builders and when finished it will travel from 40-65 meters. PERFORMANCE UPGRADES:
The reduced friction bushings included in this kit decrease the total amount of friction and increase the efficiency of the vehicle by as much as 25-30% over other conventional bushing systems. Adjustable Steering guarantees that the Basic Kit II will travel straight down any hallway; the Basic Kit II can also be adjusted to go in a complete circle of almost any radius.
