Description

The Rocket Overspeed Trainer is a safe and effective way to improve your speed. Attach the Lightning Cord to the chest ring and attach the other end of your Lighting Cord to a solid anchor point using the anchor strap. The athlete prepares by moving away from the point of anchor. The added resistance pulls the athlete forward forcing the athlete to adjust with faster leg repetition and a longer stride. Each time this training is repeated, your muscles remember the faster movements, creating a natural faster leg movement and longer stride.
