Our mug designs are created in the United States where they are printed on mugs crafted from the highest grade ceramic and imported from China. We use a sublimation printing process, which is a specialized printing process used on coated ceramics that results in bright, long-lasting images. The process embeds colors into the pores of the ceramic, trapping the ink inside the item's surface. The result is a smooth, permanent image that is both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Each mug is securely packed in recyclable foam in a package that is 5"x4"x3" and has a .07% break rate.
