Applicable for both diagnosis and treatment on self and on others

For treatment, hold the probe as if you are holding a pen. Place the tip at the region of the point. Apply equal pressures in the surrounding points to locate pain points. When a pain point is located, apply appropriate force to massage on the point for several minutes for treatment.
