Q: Are the socks machine washable ?
A : No , do not recommend it , cause machine wash will damage the heating elements . please hand clean it by mild detergent

Q: Socks only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
A: Since mostly batteries did not with full charge ,so please charge it around 4 hours once you get it .
