Q:How to install the magnetic metal ring?
A:You can put the magnetic ring inside the phone case and cover it with your phone, so it won't fall off so easily.If your phone doesn't have a phone case,you can affix the metal ring directly on the phone,wait for a while to use it(12 hours),and it will not fall so easily.

Q:The phone was disconnected and reconnected while you were driving.
A:When you use the wireless car charge, the car charger with 1A or 1.5A may appear charging pause,you need to use more than 2a car charging head for charging.
