1) Please check to see if the batteries are installed correctly according to the mark for the positive and negative inside the battery compartment.

3) Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse has been opened to ON or at Decorative lamp mode position
4) Restart the computer to try again.
5) Press the left,middle,right key when the power is on,and put the receiver into the computer,waiting for 5 seconds,and then you could rematch code successfully.
