Description

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees-F.
2) Pour 12oz (1 packet) of pizza crust mix into large mizing bowl. Set aside 2 tbsp of dry mix to be used later.
3) Add 2/3 cup water and mix until dough ball is formed. Knead for 1-2 min. Split in half for two pizza crusts if desired.
4) Using 2 tbsp of dry mix and parchment paper on top and bottom, roll dough to approximately 1/4" thick.
5) Bake crust in oven for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown (This crust is yeast-free and will not rise).
6) Remove crust from oven, add sauce and toppings and plae back in oven for 5-6 minutes until toppings are melted and warm.
