Description

The board and knife combo for the jerky maker who prefers to do things by hand. The custom blade is 11" long and features a dimpled blade for better food release. It also features a comfort grip and a triple riveted blade. The board features two depth settings that allow for a 3/8" cut and a 1/4" depth depending on preference. Simply place your meat or fish on the board, let the carving knife rest on the lip and slice sideways for a perfectly uniform depth thin cut.
