Bob's Red Mill Nonfat Dry Milk Powder is made milk from cows that were not treated with hormones. Dry milk lasts up to two years without refrigeration. Just whisk or blend Dry Milk Powder with water in a 1:7 ratio (powder:water) for liquid milk.
