HOW TO BREW: To make perfect tea warm the teapot by rinsing with hot water. Add one teaspoon of tea per person and one for the pot. Pour freshly boiled water and allow to brew for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir well and serve.

HOW TO BREW ICED TEA . Prepare hot tea at double strength and pour into ice filled glasses (melting ice will dilute to serving strength). Serve it with sugar, lemon, lime or mint to taste.
