This innovative mop attachment is great for Roomba 500/600 series users who want to add mopping capability to their vacuums (Not working with Roomba 700/800/900 series).
The super large, full-width microfiber mop cloth (13.5" x 8.0") provides much larger cleaning area than the small mop pad found on other vacuums. It is perfect at picking up dust and pet hairs without causing damage to your hard floor. Mop cloth is attached by Velcro, so it is easy to remove and wash it for repeated use.
After adding mop attachment, your Roomba can perform dry mopping or wet mopping with ease. To do wet mopping, just remove the orange cap on water tank reservoir and add water (or cleaning solution). Water will be slowly dispensed onto the mop cloth for best cleaning result.
It is recommended to run your Roomba in vacuum mode first to pick up large debris and excessive dirt & dust on the floor. Then, add mop attachment to the robot and let it start mopping floor for you.
To install the mop attachment, just remove 2 small screws on the bottom of Roomba, and replace them with the 2 screw adapters in the package. Then, use 2 included mounting screws to mount mop attachment to the vacuum and you are ready to go.
PACKAGE CONTENT:
1x mop attachment with water tank; 2x microfiber mop cloth (1 installed and 1 spare); 2x screw adapters and 2x mounting screws.
NOTE:
1. Don't block the small air vent hole on top of water tank. Otherwise, water will not be able to leave the reservoir tank as designed, and mop cloth will not damp enough to achieve best wet mopping result.
2. Remove mop attachment before using the Roomba on carpets.
