1 X 6" 12-hole needle: for liquid marinades into large meat.
1 X 6" open-ended needle: for pureed marinades into large meat.
1 X 3" 2-hole steak needle: for liquid marinades into small meat and kebabs.
1 X Turkey fork: for lifting and tearing roast, turkey, and ham.
2 X Cleaning brushes: for clean out all old marinade and meat.
5 X Spare O-rings: when the originals start to leak you can switch in the spares and keep injecting.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS

STEP 1 - Prepare The Injector


Unscrew the barrel cap and oil the silicone O-ring before use,
otherwise the plunger will be very hard to push.
You can use any food-grade oil to make it easier to use.
After a certain time, the situation will be improved.

STEP 2 - Fill The Injector

Always install the open-ended needle onto the injector and draw the marinade up into the injector.
When the plunger is nearly fully drawn out,
withdraw the needle from the marinade and pull the plunger the rest of the way up.
Now unscrew the needle, if necessary, to fit the correct needle for the injecting job.

STEP 3 - Inject The Marinade

Push the needle into the meat, making sure it doesn't come out the other side.
Then gently depress the plunger as you slowly draw the needle out of the meat.
Don't overdo it, and ensure you stop injecting just before you reach the surface
or the marinade or it will come spurting out.

WARNING:

1. Marinade needles are pretty sharp!
2. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN!
3. Seasoning herbs should be grounded up to be quite smaller than needle holes.
