The handle of the brush is made of oiled beechwood and complimented by horse hair. Horse hair, derived from the tail and mane, is the brush maker's fiber of choice as it is naturally strong and is suitable for cleaning and grooming. The dense tuft does not create a static charge and its bristles easily adapt to any surface. Before being strung into the brush head, the horse hair is cleaned, scoured and combed in a multi-stage process. This finishing treatment ensures the utmost quality and optimizes the benefits of horse hair bristles. The accompanying dust pan is spacious and made of stainless steel for ultimate durability and easy maintenance. Its slightly curved body allows for dust and debris to remain secured in the dust pan while continuing to dust.
