Description

An inorganic compound that occurs naturally in kelp, Potassium iodide forms a white crystalline salt that is quite soluble in water. As it ages, the crystals will turn yellow in color, due to oxidation into potassium carbonate and iodine.

This chemical is for laboratory use only, and is not intended for food, drug, or cosmetic use. It should be kept out of the reach of children.
