Designed to create a tighter seal with higher tightening torques for masking cylindrically threaded holes and are commonly used to seal holes in machinery, fittings or pipes to prevent leakage of air, steam, gases, water, oil and fluids under pressure.These hex head drive plugs can be extensively used for commercial, industrial, automotives, boats, sanitary pipes and fittings. Consider using a thread sealant or thread seal tape on the plug prior to installation to achieve adequate seal and to reduce the possibility of leakage.
Also great for blocking off intake manifold water ports, water pump ports, water temp and oil sender holes, and engine block holes.
