Ankway instant-read fork thermometer is a good choice for barbecue & kitchen. You do not need to worry about burnt and undercooked food.

Operation Instructions:
1. Press "Meat" to turn the thermometer on.
2. Press "Meat" again to select Meat choice.
3. Press "Taste" to select your favourite tenderness.
4. Insert the fork into the thickest/centre part of the meat. The beep will sound and the LCD will blink
when the meat has reached the assigned tenderness.
5. After using, hold down the red "Meat" botton for 2 seconds to turn the device off.
6. To select Fahrenheit or Celcius, press the "C/F" botton on the back

* Clean with soapy water before using
