Introduction:
The electric cranked industrial wire stripping machine features 1 channel of cutting wheel for stripping scrap copper wire. It strips wire form 0.06 inch up to 0.79 inch diameter.This heavy duty industrial framed machine weighs 26.5 lb and the blades have been fully guarded to ensure complete safety.We guaranteed that our machine is a kind of high-qualified light weight construction, which is made of durable steel. Generally speaking, this machine can remove the plastic and rubber insulation from undamaged scrap wire,recycle copper wire and benefit from non-insulated pure copper wire.
How to use:
Adjust distance between blades and shaft in accordance with the cable size (the insulating layer stripped but not hurt the inner conductor)
Feeding: strip the cables through feeding hole( you can adjust the feeding hole according cable size to the proper position which cables can enter into but not swing)
Stripping: if can't peel:
1too small wire diameter
2the blades center not in line with groove center( adjust the blades core)
3blades edge is too dull( please sharpen the blades) One blade can be used for more than 1 year
Notice: don't input your hands into the machine in any circumstance.
