DESCRIPTION: Howeaara Lava Burst 'Puanani' has an award of merit from the American Orchid Society. This plant is an intergeneric hybrid between Leochilus, Oncidium and Rodriguezia. This compact plant will produce multiple sprays of deep red flowers that are long lasting. Flowers size is 1/2-3/4" in diameter. Blooms 2-3 times a year. This plant does best mounted- likes water but also likes to dry quickly. (Thus we grow it on Tree fern). You are browsing on a blooming size plant, with 1 healthy growth (blooms on a small plant). These plants are at least 2-3 years old and are very well established (Stays short- compact growing). SIZE: Plant is mounted on hapu'u (Hawaiian tree fern).
