Extended Vise-Grip Locks for unusually thick door frames. Our included and regular size vice grips fit more than 95% of doorways. The Extended Vice Grip Locks are rarely needed.

Description

These are extended versions if you have very thick door frame-if you have thick walls, thick door jambs, and/or thick trim. Typically, very old houses in USA and door frames in some international countries might need these Extended Vise Grip Locks. But measure first before you order: if the measurement from your door jamb (the wood piece where your door closes against) to the front of your trim is between 4 3/4 and 6 3/4 inches or from 12-17 cm, then you will need these extra-long extended vise grip locks.
