Description

About Klik Belts
Our 1.75 Wide Duty belts have been very popular with member of Law Enforcement, Military, SWAT, Construction and any other profession that requires a heavy duty wider belt. This belt is constructed of 2 outer layers of soft pliable nylon and an inner layer of proprietary rigid webbing. The combined 3 plies offer rigidity in the vertical direction yet are pliable in the horizontal direction for a comfortable belt that can be worn everyday.

All 1.75 belts use the genuine 1.75 Cobra buckles which are ANSI certified and made in Austria out of a solid piece of 7075 Aluminum. The aero-space industry has been using this workhorse material since 1943 for everything from commercial planes, fighter jets, and space travel. It's one of the strongest metals available, without the weight. If it's good enough for some of the most powerful machines in history, it's good enough for us.

"What's so striking about this belt is how satisfying it is to klik together. It's an experience that feels incredibly secure. Like driving an axe through a piece of firewood, slamming shut the door of a safe, or cocking a shotgun, it's something that you just have to get your hands on to feel."?

D-Ring strength in straight pull = 5000lbs (22kN)
The Buckle far exceeds ANSI Z359.1, CSA, EN, UIAA, and NFPA standards for fall protection
Made from 12mm - 7075 aluminum alloy
Full Riggers Stitch for reinforced strength

Disclaimer: This belt as a complete assembly is not yet labeled or certified for climbing or use as Life Saving Equipment. The Cobra buckle has been ANSI certified but the belt as a complete unit has not yet been certified.
