INSTRUCTIONS in 5 EASY STEPS Step 1 Practice latching and unlatching the band of your PanTastic on a flat surface by making sure the bottom is firmly sitting inside the band, latch to firmly lock the band to the bottom. When properly secured, the bottom should not be moving when pushed up or down.
Step 2 Grease your PanTastic with a light spray before pouring cake batter or desired mix. For Cheesecake, the crust must go into the bottom before your filling. Don't forget to follow your recipe. Off to baking!
Step 3 Once the PanTastic is done baking your creation, set it on your PanTastic Mat to cool off for a few minutes until it reaches room temperature, avoid letting it dry.
Step 4 Unlatch the band partially and check for stickiness. If you experience some sticking, run a knife onto the area to help separate. As you slowly release it, make sure it is separating cleanly from your cake, dessert or creation. Et voil!
Step 5 Serve as desired, bon apptit and always store your PanTastic fully assembled.
USEFUL TIPSTip 1 When working with delicate desserts, use parchment paper to cover the PanTastic before locking it. When working with light batter, line the outside of your PanTastic. Tip 2 For frozen desserts, run knife under warm water before using it.
