run the length of the main body to ensure that all of the peel is removed in one quick plunging motion.

Simple to use:

Begin by mounting the upright carrot peeler to a countertop or wall. Insert a carrot, vertically from the top, into the center peeling area.
With your hand, push the carrot down until it is level with the top of the peeler. Do not let your fingers get into the center opening. Use
centering piece and pusher rod to plunge the carrot through the body. Pull the carrot out the other end.
To clean, run the peeler under warm water and allow it to dry completely before storing. Peeler is also safe to be placed on the top rack or
the silverware basket of a dishwasher.
