STEEPING INFO: Hot Brew: 1. Boil 1 L of water in a pot, add one tea bag, and simmer in low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. *Watch for any boiling over from the pot. - 2. Stop the heat. Let it steep until the desired strength. Take the tea bag out from the pot. *If you wish to drink as ice tea, let it cool for a while and put it in a refrigerator. Serve cold. Cold Brew: 1. Pour 1 L of water into a jag and add 1 to 2 tea bags. - 2. Chill the jag in a refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
