Description

PartyPlace Birthday decorations set comes pre-stringed. It is lightweight enough to hang with just household tape or thumb tacks.

The beautiful honeycomb balls tissue paper are fun, adding a cheery atmosphere to any event. You can put them on the walls or window before the wonderful party starts. A white string loop is attached to each ball for easy hanging.

The pompom tissue paper flower come folded and it does take time to unfold and fluff them up, but once we are finished they add a beautiful decoration to your party.
The metallic balloons are strong and vibrant in colors. When using outdoor, make sure to secure them properly. protect them from high temperatures, heat, sharp grass.

Instructions to bring the paper flower to life:
1. Find the long strip of tissue paper that does not yet look anything like the paper flower in the package.
2. Fold it in half to find the center. Wrap the thread provided around the middle and secure it to hold everything in place. The extra length of the thread is used to hang the flower once it is done.
3. Take one piece of tissue paper and gently pull it away from the rest of them.
4. Continue pulling apart layers one by one. Once you finish one half, pull apart the layers of the second half as before.
5. Fluff up all the layers until you get it into a good ball shape.
6. Finished. Just hang them anywhere you want and enjoy them!
