Q: when I end the travel, I can't unlock by fingerprint &password, the battery runs out, how can I unlock?

A: Firstly unlock it by mechanical key, but if you don't take it, buy the 9V emergency power, once it works enter your fingerprint or password, then the door will be unlocked.
