Flavoring: Cedar smoke adds a sweet and aromatic flavor to any food including seafood (especially salmon), vegetables, and also other meats. After ordering other cedar planks, we have manufactured a thicker, smoother, higher quality product. If you have purchased other rough, splintery planks, we encourage you to try ours.
