Description

Corsiglia is a family business that was founded in 1896 in France. They specialize in making Marrons Glaces (Candied Chestnuts), chestnut cream and candied fruit peel. The chestnuts used for making Creme de Marrons (Chestnut Cream) were grown in a nice village south of France called Collobrieres and vacuum cooked at 60 C to preserve the flavor.
