You are missing out on a really nice stethoscope value because of this dishonesty*** Dual Head Cardiology Stethoscope: Real World Review by myself an ER Physician with 25 years experience: This is an excellent stethoscope choice if you are in the market for a large heavy Dual Head Cardiology model like the Littman Cardiology 3. Looks, size, and weight are virtually identical. The function is very good in my opinion as someone who has been using stethoscopes the past 25 years. We have improved this model with each production. Ear Tips are now a soft silicone and no longer screw on but push over the binaural exactly like Littman and will not unscrew or fall off. Both diaphragms are tune-able and respond with a simple pressure change to capture low and high-frequency sounds.
