This equipment utilizes iron beads or steel balls to work on the surface of workpiece. This machine can not only improve the specification precision of the workpiece and geometrical shapes of the workpiece, but also it can make the surface of workpiece smooth and gloss. Sometimes it is used to eliminate the gloss (extinction). First, pour a large number of steel balls and polishing powder into the drum of the machine, when the drum is rotated, the steel balls and the abrasive material are randomly colliding with each other in order to remove the convex surface and reduce the surface roughness.

The main structure includes: drive motor, belt pulley to drive rolling element, driving drum, sprocket for driving roller to rotate, sprocket reducer, operation and control system, safety insurance system.
